I am an enterprise executive who operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and governance. Throughout my career, I have been trusted to lead organizations through complex, high-stakes environments by modernizing systems, aligning teams, and delivering outcomes that matter at enterprise scale.
I currently lead large, multidisciplinary engineering and enterprise services organizations and advise senior executives on technology strategy, platform modernization, data, and emerging capabilities such as AI. My work spans public sector, tribal government, global manufacturing, and military contexts, often under conditions of regulatory scrutiny, compressed timelines, and incomplete information.

I have directed enterprise initiatives impacting tens of thousands of users, led crisis response operations that distributed nearly $100M in public funds within weeks, and managed operational sustainment resources exceeding $1B. In each case, success depended on integrating people, process, and technology while maintaining trust and accountability.
