Enterprise Technology Advisory
I help executive teams modernize technology and operating models — without the disruption, vendor dependency, or transformation fatigue that usually follows large-scale change.
"The gap between what technology promises and what it delivers for the people it is meant to serve — that is where I work."
My work is not implementation. It is judgment. I engage with senior
leaders and boards at the moments where the cost of misalignment exceeds the cost of
delay — when structural risk is invisible, when vendor commitments are outpacing
organizational readiness, or when transformation fatigue is eroding the capacity to
execute.
I bring operating experience from tribal government, global manufacturing, and the
United States Army — environments where decisions are irreversible, information
is incomplete, and accountability is unambiguous.
How I Engage
I do not operate as an implementer or program manager. I partner with executive teams at inflection points where judgment, alignment, and risk management matter most.
If you are navigating complexity at the enterprise or board level and value clear judgment grounded in operating experience, I welcome a conversation.
Background
My credibility comes from operating in environments where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in mission impact — not project slippage.
