Preparing for Enterprise AI: Why a Unified Data Platform Needs the Right Core

Most enterprises are not short on AI ideas. They have pilots, proofs of concept, and vendor demos. What they do not have is consistent, repeatable business impact. The gap between experimentation and production is where most efforts stall.

The usual explanation points to models or talent. That is convenient, but it misses the real issue. The constraint is architectural.
